The Training of Trainers on Smart and Precision Farming Practices under Climate Change and Water Scarcity Conditions, organised within the scope of our project, was completed with the fifth day's programme.
On the final day of the training, participants carried out interactive group work based on the topics covered throughout the training. As part of the group work, solutions were developed on climate change, water scarcity and precision farming practices. Assessing the needs of different regions, participants prepared policy recommendations for expanding sustainable agriculture.
The recommendations and group work outputs were presented by the participants and opened to joint discussion. These sessions enabled participants to put the knowledge they had gained during the training into practice and to produce solutions from different perspectives.
Later in the programme, the Rural Development Support session provided information on agricultural support mechanisms. The session addressed the support instruments available to producers and the contribution of this support to agricultural production at the local level.
Completed with the agricultural support session and interactive group work, the training programme ended with a group photo and a certificate ceremony.
