Scope

This notice covers only this website (www.surdurulebilirhasat.org.tr). The app privacy policy applies to the mobile app and the project platform.

Data controller

This website is published by the International Confederation of Agriculture and Food (TARIMKON) under the "Precision Farming for a Greener Tomorrow: Advocating for Sustainable Agriculture" project. What data is processed?

• Opinion and suggestion form: province, main product group, the area of greatest difficulty, assessments of policy impact and the comments you write. No name, email address or phone number is requested. The IP address of each submission is recorded to prevent misuse.
• Language preference: a language cookie (kreatus_language) is stored in your browser to remember the language you have selected.
• Server logs: server access logs (IP address, date, page requested) are kept for security and service continuity.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

Form responses are assessed anonymously in the Anatolian Farmers' Council's policy monitoring and advocacy work, and a summary of the responses is published on the site. Data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and is not shared with third parties.
