Yaren the Stork, which has become the symbol of Eskikaraağaç Stork Village in the Karacabey district of Bursa, has returned from migration for the 14th time.
The friendship between Adem Yılmaz and Yaren the Stork continued this year as well. Eskikaraağaç Stork Village, the only place in Türkiye included in the European Stork Villages Network, has been witnessing this special reunion for years.
Yaren the Stork, which had previously returned to its nest on 26 February at the earliest and 15 March at the latest, had worried nature lovers with its delay this year. However, by returning to its nest for the 14th time, Yaren showed that the friendship would continue where it left off.
